Cancelled orders
Please inform us in writing within 7 working days of delivery of your goods, that you wish to return an item. You can either email admin@bronte-tweeds.co.uk, Fax us on 01943 875455, or write to Bronte, Netherfield Mills, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 9PA
Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery and with their original packaging.
Please send the goods with a completed Returns Form and a copy of your order confirmation/invoice that were sent with your original parcel. Please click here if you require another copy of the Returns Form.
Please note we are not liable for returns that do not reach us or those which are damaged in transit. Goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your own protection.
Within 30 days of the date of notification of the order cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the original delivery charge.
If the goods are not returned as agreed or you return them at our expense, you will be charged to direct cost of the recovery of those items.
Faulty goods or goods sent in error.
For items that are delivered faulty or incorrectly, please contact us immediately by email or fax. We will send you a postage paid returns label and arrange a replacement to be sent out immediately. If you do not wish a replacement to be sent we will send a postage paid returns label and we will refund you the price of the goods and the original delivery charge within 30 days from the date of notification
Items sent as substitutes.
If you have ordered an out of stock item and agreed for a substitute product has been sent, If you do not wish to keep the substitute item please contact us by email or fax within 7 days of delivery. We will send a postage paid Returns label and withing 30 days will refund the price paid for the goods and the original delivery charge.
